This is the same FastCGI sample application from the VMS gSOAP kit.
It has been enhanced slightly for ease of build and use.

This demonstration application shows how a CGIplus SOAP application is
structured, or converted simply from an equivalent FastCGI application.

It also builds an equivalent shared image (Apache mod_gsoap) executable
equivalent for deployment using the WASD gSOAPrte, or moved to Apache for ease
of benchmarking.  WASD is more than competitive!
